Malone Remodel & Addition
We just completed this beautiful residential remodel and addition in Littleton, CO. This project included a complete remodel of the interior and exterior of the existing house. Including new hand scraped red oak hardwood flooring, new cabinetry, new commercial grade kitchen with an 8 burner Blue Star Range and hood. The basement was finished and includes a full workout area with rubber mat flooring, folding squat rack and a theater area, We also added a 2000 sqft attached "mother-in law" suite with 2 floors, a full kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 powder room and a study.
McKinstry Remodel
We just finished this STUNNING 5000sqft interior remodel in Greenwood Village. This project included adding a gorgeous master bathroom with a large walk-in shower and soaking tub, smooth ceilings, (2) new fireplace surrounds, new tile, new cabinetry, paint and fixtures in the other (2) bathrooms.
Jackass Hill Brewery
Full remodel and restoration to a historic building in downtown Littleton. We Converted the building into to brewery and tasting room. This project included custom made live edge wood tables, custom wormy maple bar top and cutting edge brewing facility in the back.
