Driftwood Builders is family owned and operated. We are a father and son duo with over 60 years of combined experience and have built a superior reputation in the construction industry. We carry a Class B General Contractors License in Douglas County, the cities of Denver, Littleton and Englewood.

The company president, Jim Weatherly, is very experienced in business management. He has owned and successfully operated Driftwood Builders since 1984.Jim has served as general contractor for a number of custom homes and remodeling projects is proud to say he is a master carpenter by trade.

Justin Weatherly is the Project Manager with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. He has experience in design, planning, budgeting, scheduling and been part of a wide variety of residential and commercial construction projects.

Jim and Justin are responsible for maintaining complex project schedules and budgets, dealing with various sub-contractors, suppliers, architects, owners, lenders and government officials. We are a very “hands on” contractor and you will find us personally on the job solving problems as they arise each and every day! Quite often you will see us on the jobs with our tools out doing whatever it takes to keep subs working. We maintain a fantastic working relationship with each and every sub-contractor and supplier
